Recent problem of access to Ryzom services

Dear players,

Our game server and several other Ryzom services (billing service, test server, forum, API...) encountered an access problem because of too many connections opened on the database between April 12 around 1:00 UTC (3:00 CEST) and April 13 around 17:45 UTC (19:45 CEST), preventing any new connection on these services.

The reason for this large number of connections has not yet been identified: attack, looping script, service bug? We're investigating!

Most services are now restored, but some will only be reactivated later (like API, achievements...)

We will keep you informed as soon as we have news and apologize for the inconvenience.

Congratulations on the return to service.

When can players expect the Fortunate Gubani jackpot wheels to reappear?

I believe I still have around 12k tokens from Refugee Days to spin away. That number is down from the original egg hunting results and will likely increase due to the potential for winning additional tokens.

I'd rather be chopping stingas but... since you provided me with around 15k or these via Refugee Days eggs, clicking of the jackpot wheel should resume promptly... if there's any hope of working through the stash of tokens by the end of this year.

Hello,

The Wheels of Fortune will be back on Atys as soon as we have solved a minor problem that possibly involves the Wheels. You can safely store your tokens in the happy knowledge they will be back to tempt your gaming inclinations in a not too far future.
