Theoretically, you join the channel in-game as usual, you need to log in rocket at least once, then say something in-game, the channel should pop in rocket.
If you leave the channel in-game, it should vanish from rocket.

(I did not test it yet, not even sure if it is online/working already!)

That doesn't work for user-defined ingame channels -- Naema and I just checked.
