First, I looked on line and at the forums, but I cannot find the name.

I think I would like to be a citizen of Fyros. I have the dappers to purchase citizenship, so that is not a problem for me. But I cannot find the name of the individual, or where he/she is.

Can someone offer me some assistance?

Also, it sounds like a good idea, if you disagree with this, I am open to nay-sayers.
