I had that problem pre-merge but I thot they fixed it. Some folks completed it, some didn't when I was doing it.

I am looking for Ba'Reiliam Eoppie for the prequisite missions for the foraging in the lake lands rite.

He should be on the island NW of Cristobell. Also shown on all maps (bmsite, silenda). But he is hiding from me :(

Did someone recently did the rite? Is this a known bug? Where/how can I find him?

He wanders over a moderately substantial area on that island. Be sure you have searched it all. If you zoom out your radar to 125m you can often spot him as the grey dot.

I made trip around the complete Island and found no sign of him. I also tried with "/tar Ba'Reiliam" and got no result.
But ok, I will take another closer look - now that I know, that he is wandering around.

Just checked the Island again.
He is not there. No gray dot anywhere nearby.
Ba'Reiliam Eoppie has been moved or deleted (or is stucked anywhere). :(

I finally found him.
Far away from the "original" location (black X) I got him at the island by the red sign:

And I am looking for the next "missing" npc.

Rite: The embittered master crafter; Prequisite 3 needs "Liccio Chiagno". Since 3 rl days I am looking for him near Yrkanis main entrance (more than 10 times at different day times), but he is not to be seen. Does he wandering around? Which area? Which destination?
Maybe he was also moved (like Ba'Reiliam Eoppie).

If I remember right he is more to the middle of Yrkanis.

I set up a targgeting Macro to find him, think of it as running around yelling his name:)

I found him in the forest west of Avalae.
This is not really "near Yrk main entrance", but well :)
