Your Majesty,

No doubt Your Majesty has heard (since malicious gossipers are legion in the ear of sovereigns) that the closing ceremony of the last Games of Atys was interrupted by a yours truly's intervention that was as unexpected as it was incongruous.
That's why I'm here to confirm that I made two rather... adventured proposals to a young homin to whom Pavor Kito had just awarded his fifth medal during the ceremony in question on the island of Silan. Adventured because, although being made in your name, they had not received Your Majesty's approval at the time.
On the one hand, it is an invitation to this homin, an exceptional tryker called Mharus, from the house of Free Soul, to attend the Chamber of the Nobles, which I imagine Your Majesty will convene before long.
Furthermore, my confidence in Your Majesty is so great that I have authorised myself to propose to Nair Mharus that he be granted Matis nationality without further formality: hasn't Nya Karan always recognised and rewarded excellence, wherever it comes from?
To these two proposals, to which, alas, Nair Mharus is not bound to respond favourably, I now add a third, which only Your Majesty can refuse: that he should henceforth be known in the Kingdom as Se Umatalena*

Finally, Your Majesty has to know, so strange as it may seem, that the public address to Nair Mharus came as no less a surprise to me than it did to the spectators and officiants at the ceremony, and that I feel somewhat ashamed to have committed such a misdemeanour. This is to convince You Majesty (whatever the malicious gossipers mentioned above may say) that none of this was premeditated by me, or by anyone else, and that it is with the gratitude of the forgiven that I will welcome the public approval of these proposals by Your Majesty.

But I trust that Filira Zagabranth Ganancioso di Avalae, Your Majesty's faithful adviser (and my mentor... disappointed by his disciple) will come up with a more appropriate title for this fantastic sportsman.
