would love to have this.
not necessarily race or gender,
but small tweaks. taller/shorter,thick/thin. maybe face stuff too.

for elyps or faction points, or maybe just dappers.

Yes, since the game has a built in character editor, why not be able to activate it at any time? Or you could have it occastionally it as the reward for a quest or rite or after time passes.
