I think I found a bug that may be have been introduced in the Silan Refactoring Patch. I reported it at the (TECHNICAL SUPPORT / WEB APPs BUGS) subforum here - https://app.ryzom.com/app_forum/index.php?page=topic/view/32920/

The tl;dr is: delete a char and create new char with same name as deleted char and the new character will not receive title/badges/items selected during character creation. Encyclopedia and tutorial also bugged for the new character.

Bugs aside, I liked the patch, the added QoL is much appreciated ! Really liked the new badges and titles too :)
