Il est possible qu'il y en ait d'autres...

Ce problème apparaît car on a corrigé l'espacement vertical des polices (il était mal calculé et était prévu pour l'ancienne police d'avant 2008...), en contrepartie il faut adapter certaines interfaces :)

I do not find any clipping on the Network minimized window, just the four numbers that have always shown. If that is clipped, it has been that way since well before Winchgate.

Mac here, isn't it supposed to show 5 numbers? Not sure, but I know that only have of last line is clipped on v3 on Mac might be 4 lines though

5 lines in the maximized window and 4 lines in minimized window

The 5th line tell you that if you are connected or disconnected, since numbers change, you're connected to the server and you don't see the "wait please" :P

My guess is that the 5th line was intentionally removed in minimized mode

Yeah, i said i wasn't sure about the 5th... it's supposed to show 4 lines in minimized view. But the 4th line is cut off:
