Absolutely! There is nothing more boring than sitting at the wheel of fortune for hours and clicking on it... and then destroying 80% of the winnings because you have no room for it. Or... why can't you just buy things for the chips at an appropriate price; that could be calculated from the probabilities, doubled, so that the wheel of fortune still makes sense.
