Before anything else, check that you are using the very latest version of the client available through the Apple store.
You may encounter some difficulties related to certain set-ups.
There are two scenarios:
Now you'll have to be careful when changing your configuration so as not to create the same problem that you had in the first place. If that happens, just re-do the steps above to reset your configuration.
If the search isn't successful, you'll need enable the display of hidden folders/files by running the command:Make sure to launch an advanced search in order to show all the files (hidden and system included).
If your problem isn't solved after this, please contact us by sending an e-mail to support@ryzom.com, and append to your e-mail the crash report file, client.log, which can be found in the folder: $HOME/Library/Application Support/Ryzom/

- You've already played on Ryzom and you cannot access the game anymore:
- Open a Terminal (Applications>Utilities>Terminal) and run the following command:
rm "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Ryzom/client.cfg"
- Enter your adminstrator password.

- You've just installed Ryzom and you've never launched the game on this computer:
- Open a Terminal (Applications>Utilities>Terminal) and search for the client.cfg file which should be located under:
OS 10.9.1 or earlier
"$HOME/Library/Application Support/Ryzom/client.cfg"
OS 10.9.2 or later
"Users/*username*/Library/Containers/com.winchgate.Ryzom/Dat a/Libr ary/Application Support/Ryzom/client.cfg"
If the search isn't successful, you'll need enable the display of hidden folders/files by running the command:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 1
- Once you've found the client.cfg file, edit it and add (or modify) the lines:
SoundOn = 0;
MicroVeget = 0;
FullScreen = 0;
