As anyone has participated in recent weeks, Aen has been on sabatical since the "no loot" occurrence. Was just informed today by Arionasis ....
a) Aen will be back after next server reboot.
b) If she gets bugged in future, code adjustment will permit CSRs to respawn w/o requiring a reboot.
Big shout out to all staff involved on the quick-fix !
