If someone wants to debug it, then bug is related to GL_NV_texture_env_combine4, GL_ATI_texture_env_combine3 OpenGL extensions. If you disable those, then nvidia/amd graphics will also have white/black textures problems. Problem seems to be on the code that is used to emulate that extension.
