this homin has everything needed to buy an apartment in the marauder camp, the dappers, done the mara rite, even knows where to find the npc, but no matter how hard he trying, the npc doesn't take the dappers and give him is apartment. below are pics showing this homin with the dappers and the results in system info when he tries.
