As it has already been mentioned, an armor with 95% piercing protection is basically useless against homins either in pvp or OP battles, as homins have ignore armor option. This armor that has been requested may provide good protection against Kitins, but not great since even at 95% protection factor HA does not take more than 60% of a hit.
