Nyae-Karae Tamiela has opened the Court by expressing her delight to see her Court gathered agin and especially with the presence of Karaedin Nirni.
She took this opportunity to remind the rules for these assemblies: respect for courtesy and politeness rules, and prohibition of any weapon.

She also reminded the objectives or her Court: to promote the matisian culture and arts in all there aspects. Music, jewelry, sewing, botany, painting, kitinology…
She finally presented the members of her Court with a special position: her Ladies in Waiting Filirae Ayala and Serae Liosta, the Royal Historian Filira Salazar, the Royal Linguists Filira Copal and Ser Nilstilar.
Some other members were unfortunately absent, such as the Royal Florist Filira Zakkk, or the Royal Minstrels.
Hence the Karae invited the homins and hominas attending to show their talents if they wished to become permanent members of her Court.

Serae Liosta wished to follow her House leader in becoming a Royal Minstrel. She recited a poem which she had prepared for the occasion. After that, the Karae accepted her as Royal Minstrel.

Serae Belauren also presented a poem entirely said in matéis. The Karae praised the efforts of the Serae and invited her to persevere and come back with another poem after she made enough progress.

Filirae Canillia mentioned her skills in botany. But he Karae and the Filirae both agreed that the position of Royal Florist, which mainly consists in offering bouquets to the hominas of the Court, was best suited to a homin.
So Filirae Canillia preferred to apply as Royal Jeweler. She couldn’t demonstrate her skills on the spot but she will present a diadem of her hand to the Karaedin.

Serae Lylanea then presented a song in the memory of late Karae-Mother Lea. Her song moved the assembly and was found worth of the Court by the Karae. But Serae Lylanea being a Ranger cannot hold a royal title.

Then Ser Vauban agreed to give matéis lessons to all interested homins. Several ones applied during the Court and a lesson should be offered soon**.

Finally Nyae-Karae went to the subject of kitinology. She explained that Duchess Mona di Fareni, an leading kitinology expert, has received a part of the black sting found near the former Guide of the Rangers. The sting had been given to the fyros Imperial Academy. The researcher in charge of the study noticed that the sting was quickly deteriorating and cut it in three parts, each of them being sealed in a Daïsha’s stance. The part that she received was thought not in a shape allowing a proper analysis, which she deeply regretted. She’ll do her best nonetheless to get usable information from it.
The third part of the sting has been sent to the Theocracy. It might be hoped for it to be in a better shape than the second one.

At the very end of the Assembly, answering a question by Filira Salazar, the Karaedin expressed interest for the abandoned project of botanical garden. She will ask Filirae Canillia to see if it is possible to restart it.

Canillia a vu la convocation à la Cour de la Karae.
Elle se souvient qu'il y a une éternité, dans un autre monde elle avait postulé au poste de bijoutière Royale.

Elle est certaine qu'elle ne supportera pas un nouvel affront. La grande Claque lui a appris la prudence.
Ne rien présenter serait une honte bien plus cuisante.
Aussi, Canillia décide de soumettre son œuvre à l’approbation de la Karae avant l'assemblée. Cela évitera, peut être, un nouveau scandale qui lui serait préjudiciable.

l'homine nettoie et lustre le diadème.
Elle le range dans un sac vert en soie d'araignée finement tissée et brodée.
Puis place ce sac dans une très jolie boite en bois laqué. Sur le couvercle, une Rotoa est stylisée à la peinture dorée.
Elle dépose un courrier explicatif sur la boite.

Canillia enveloppe la boite dans une toile de lin immaculée finement tissée et la lie avec un cordon Kumihimo Zoraï de soie au couleurs de la Karae.

Elle range l'ensemble dans un sac de cuir tout neuf.
Elle ordonne à Lyssan de remettre en main propre ce colis à Serae Liosta et d'attendre une réponse.
Elle ajoute un pli destiné à Serae Liosta.
