The Nobles Chamber of the Verdant Heights has gathered in the Royal Palace of Yrkanis, on 0h - Quarta, Germinally 4, 3rd AC 2627*, and was lead by His Majesty Stevano-Karan , and in the presence of Filira Zagabranth, member of the High-Council.

Stevano-Karan opened the session with the traditional prayer to Jena.


The Houses present then reported their current affairs.
La Firme was represented by Filira Zakkk and Serae Shepeng but reported no news.
Serae Canillia reported that she had been reintegrated into the Alkiane order by Filirae Aylia, but that the last one had disappeared again.
Ser Cionae presented his new house, Les Fervents de Jena, and pledged to strive for excellence.
Filira Salazar had no news from the Order of the Argo Navis.
Finally, Filira Copal is working on acquiring the skills needed to fulfill his role as leader of Les Gardiens du Savoir.


Stevano-Karan then gave news of the Royal Family.
The Karae has held her Court recently and continues to work with the Karaedin on Matis culture.
Karin Aniro is busy with an investigation.
And Karin Manalitch is continuing his training as his brother's future advisor.


The floor was then given to the ambassadors.
Ser Fleurdetuber reported that the Lakes had just suffered an attack by white kitins near Fairhaven. He also deplored the proliferation of maraudeur drills.

Ser Ulymorus also reported attacks by white kitins in the Desert, but claimed alternativela that the Empire was helped in its defense by marauders and ploderos.

Ser Zorroargh explained that he was replacing the official representative for the Rangers, and that they were in the midst of reorganization following the death, retirement or disappearance of many of their leaders.

Finally, Filira Copal completed the tour of Atys with the Withrings, where nothing noteworthy is happening.

Stevano-Karan opened the session with the traditional prayer to Jena.

Then he gave news of the Royal House. The Karae is looking forward to meeting her vassals again at her next Court, and the Karin Manalitch is continuing his training with the Royal Army. This information was overshadowed, however, by the announcement that the Karin Aniro and the Karaedin Nirni would be parents at the first AC 2632, Praise be to Jena.

The Houses present then shared their news.
Serae Liosta reported the return of Filira Dukenono, as well as the integration of a new member, Serae Staeflina, into la Firme.
Serae Canillia mentioned several absences within the Alkian Order, without any apparent cause for concern.
Filira Copal is still alone among the Guardians of Knowledge.
As is Filira Salazar in The Order of the Argo Navis.
Finally, Ser Cinabre presented his young house, Synoeca.

The floor was then given to the ambassadors.
Ser Nilstilar resigned as ambassador. Ser Cinabre has volunteered to take his place, which has been approved with the condition of a period of tutoring by Ser Nilstilar and Serae Canillia. This appointment is subject to the assessment of Ser Cinabre's progress by the acting ambassador at the end of this period.

Filira Copal reported news from the Theocracy, which was non-existent in the absence of a Circles assembly for several cycles.

The Rangers had not sent a representative.

Ser Fleurdetuber, ambassador for the Federation, simply reported that it was prospering and hoped to maintain excellent relations with the Kingdom.

After a firm reminder of the conditions for admission to this assembly, Stevano-Karan opened the session with the traditional prayer to Jena.

He then gave news from the Royal House. Karae Tamiela wishes to gather her Court as soon as possible, and to see many of her subjects there. Karin Aniro and Karaedin Nirni are assuming their responsibilities: the Karin Aniro has important duties that are occupying his time at the moment. And Karaedin Nirni is looking after Karinae Aniera, and will soon take up her position with the Karae. Finally, Karin Manalitch is still applying himself with rigour and excellence to his position in the royal army.

The Houses present then shared their news.
Serae Liosta reported the disappearance of Serae Staeflina, who was presumably kidnapped and no trace of her has been found despite the assistance of Ser Cinabre.
Filira Salazar and Filira Frerini, for The Order of the Argo Navis and Les Gardiens du Savoir respectively, had no change to report in the situation of their Houses.
Ser Cinabre informed the House that Synoeca, his House, had conquered the outpost of the Finder’s Farm.


The floor was then given to the ambassadors.
Ser Fleurdetuber conveyed the Federation's congratulations on the birth of the Karinae, as well as the good impression made by Ser Cinabre as Ser Nilstilar's temporary replacement.

Serae Canillia then presented her assessment of Ser Cinabre's training, and gave her approval for his appointment. Stevano-Karan therefore made official Ser Cinabre's appointment as the Kingdom's ambassador to the Federation.

Filira Copal reported that there had been no official news from the Theocracy, nor even an Assembly.

Ser Cinabre, now a full ambassador, reported that the Taliari had issued an arrest warrant for the Fyros Azazor, for the definitive murder of a Tryker citizen. The Black Dragons have also issued a call for volunteers to defend a federal outpost in their custody.

Finally, Filira Salazar provided additional information on the recent actions of Azazor, who has attempted to infiltrate the Fyrakist cult. To this end, he poisoned Emperor Lykos and murdered citizen Eeri. This plan failed. And although it unmasked a member of the cult among those close to the Emperor during a show trial, the traitor managed to escape. Azazor then pretended to announce the end of the Emperor. He was nevertheless pardoned by the same Emperor. While it is difficult to establish the true extent of the Empire's weakness, the Fyrakist cult seems to require close surveillance, and Stevano-Karan has given orders to this effect, including to the members of the House.
