You can only get plans for heavy marauder armor. You get a quarter plan every boss you kill, and there are 4 bosses who drop it. Respawn is a few days. You'll need at least 15-20 players to kill the easiest one, so it could take anywhere from a few weeks to a few years, depending on how much people you have working for you.

You could always join The Free Souls hunts, get your fair share there. Saves you having to teach people how to do the bosses, just come along and fall in line.
