Huh. I missed that. It says "You will not be able to exchange the items in the packs." but does that mean the content of the packs are non-negotiable, or that the items are bound to that character and can't be given to anyone else? I always find the messages not very clear. You have to go to an earlier news item just to find out that previously subbed but currently unsubbed characters will get deleted.
edit: I asked someone in chat (Mokoi, who's name was purple so they were a ... dev?) and while they said they'd have to look into it, they said the armor wasn't unique to the premium pack, so like medium marauder armor will be obtainable in the game at some point. That helps me make my decision. and it suggests that there wouldn't be a reason I couldn't trade the item to another player (like an alt on an alt account).
Still... It's an option even if it is stuck on one character. I mean, it's not like having the armor on the character you don't play will stop you from playing the other character. You'd just have it for looks then. I guess it's a waste, but so is losing all those levels, I guess. and you could change your mind and play the premium character.

Great, I can't decide. and I'm running out of time because it looks like the even on the 28th was moved up to the 27th. but I guess that's mostly for my free account, since a paid account wouldn't need to participate in the events. Also they mentioned that there were events going on now, so I'm guessing it's not JUST what's on the calendar. (not that the basic pack is that important for my free account, but might be nice.)

Oh well... Worst case scenario: I'm out $11 and I regret who I put the premium pack on in either case, or I put off the decision and... Coralvine is gone forever.
It's all virtual and fleeting anyway. I shouldn't let fear of loss burden my decisions. Coralvine lived her life and now it's over. I should realize that my reluctance to play the game even for free is probably a good indicator that I don't want to play. It's too bad I don't have more time. We'll see.

A subscribed account can choose which character on that account becomes reckless, if any. You can change your mind at any time up to the server close.

I'm from Leanon and I 'm just here to say :I'm proud , that we can playing together and a lot of people on Leanon thinkin' in the same way, the most I think. Some are assuredly a lil fearfully about the 'pull up' but we will manage it and we can, I hope :) . Only the comm can grow together ,yes we ,not winchgate or the GM's....we have to.
I dont really trust winchgate but the gm-team and the event-team are very assiduously and trustworthily and so ryzom will have a chance to surrvive.
Like u can see...my english is not the smoothest one ...germanlike :) ...but for the most it will be enough aaaaand with ambitions it will be not a problem... :D. The country-ghetto's are surely not the best idea , but we should try to take this rocks in our way and throw it through the winchgate -office-windows :D . Cya on the new server.

I dont know if thats a really lucky day for the next period of ryzom. The reason of my doupt is,that we in ger have on the 3.oct a official state holiday . If the contest begins on the 2. the germans will have a bad advantage...but it should be fair....
The comm should be grow together , this date would be the next rock ...
If it is the 2. ,dont count on me being in that race !

This is a fair compromise to the original idea of completely "wiping" the characters out, especially considering the time some have put into their characters... Yes, you have to pay to keep your stats... it's a business and the game is awesome, if your a serious player than pay! Show your support to WG, help make the game more interactive, and help keep the it alive for future players.

Contact a CSR in game, in CeB or send a ticket through the support system and we'll look into it. Incorrect or incomplete conversions can be fixed.

We announced a magic amplifier ql 100 with 120% power heal / speed in the Basic Pack. It is not the case, it is 100% in speed and 97% heal and off.
