Lake Egg 4 is in Resting Water, on the little cutes beach east of izam island.

The message is "any direction I might take."

(These eggs look just like normal eggs until you get close, but are called "Magic Izam Egg" when you target them. There's one in the water behind the Thesos bar if anyone wants to see an example before going out to hunt.)
