You can witness it by visiting the site of the crash at Воскресенье, 30 Марта 2014 20:00:00 UTC (1 десятилетие назад) (Note the change of date from the one previously announced!).
Please be aware that this event is not a normal one; it will be a short scene to watch that will take about ten minutes. For those who want to attend the following Ranger event it will be possible to visit both events.
