I'll add this here since the general topic is "body and character modifications":
- Allow changing one's weight, not freely but maybe on a cooldown (once per irl week). Atysmas and weddings certainly contribute to my belly.
- Allow changing one's height, maybe 1-2 steps from the previous height. Only doable once or twice per toon, so it could signify "growing up" or "growing old".
I doubt this can be done in an automated way though without programming new logic into the game though.
