Everyone goes to the bathroom not just campers if i'm not mistaken. The fact that campers have to eat and sleep doesn't put them at a disadvantage like you suggest. They can check all boss spawns in an area within 1minute of logging on 4 alts simultaneously whereas normal people have to run up and down the whole region taking a considerable amount of time.
