Yes the rangers have MA in silan - but not a skin specific to the faction itself. As to the grunts - you can tell by the gaurds of the marauder camp that they do indeed have the same skins as the BOSSES.
As to the faction points - there is a sort of system, but it has not been properly implemented so it doesn't work, doesn't have things to buy, doesn't have a place to buy, and doesn't have any way possible to get the points. I was just pointing that out as to show that the karavan and kami still do indeed have something that the marauders don't.
Two things, Toak: First, though Karavan and Kami have faction points (of which I collected a couple) there is no way to spend them. And recently no way to get new ones. The temple merchants still are not in place. Nation points are the only ones, besides PvP points.
Second: Why should marauders have the right to exactly the same stuff as Kara and Kami? They are rebels, after all, designed as a challenge for seasoned players.
As to the armor, I already told: I am not negative about an additional skin. But there should be a way for every crafter to get the plans, not marauders exclusively.
