Macro/Hotkey to skip pages of NPC dialog - English

Is there any way I can use my keyboard instead of my mouse to skip NPC dialog pages or even select among multiple dialog options?

hes not asking for 'don't read' button, hes asking for an alternative way besides 'clicking' the arrow or link in a dialog bubble

I know that, hence my short reply.

I inferred that he wanted a way to do it quickly, without moving his hands from the keyboard. Doing it quickly is contra-indicated on Silan. Hence my long reply.

Ok thank you for taking the time to reply, is not cause I want it to be faster, is cause I am a coder and I find it frustrating to have to be pressing mouse for dialog options, I rather focus my attention on other aspects.
Maybe when I find the time to be playing with the source code I can find some sort of solution, or maybe not.
Though I am indeed with all the intention of reading this thoroughly so don't mind me, and thank you for saving me of a vast ammount of net browsing and grinding for an answer to this question, I am trully thankful.

From a technical standpoint I see a problem detecting which dialog is to be advanced / skipped. You can talk to different NPCs and have them pop up dialog at the same time if I'm not mistaken?

Yes. It could be applied to current target, but still...

I remember the pain clicking endless dialogs when I was new. But there is not that many 'bubble' interactions later. In fact, it was pain to get familiar with (some) UI "look&feel". Some things became better during the time (due to work of developers).

Anyway, still more fun to play than not to play :P
