SUPPORT TECHNIQUE / BUGS APP WEB

Hey I need some help please!! I am on a windows 10 laptop.
Processor: Intel (R) Core(TM) CPU @ 1.80 GHz
8.00 GB (7.88 GB usable)
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I put all this up just in-case it helps my question. I am ok with not having the best graphics on the game but my armor graphics won't load at all! Sometimes Ill get a green armor but most times everything is black or a glowy white (like it wont load the color scheme). Does anyone know anyway I can fix this?? The weird thing is my friend is on a mac laptop that is older than my windows laptop and his graphics are so much better! Thank you!!

are you using directx or opengl as graphics driver? you might try updating your drivers or switching to the other option.

You can either look in the client.cfg file, or you can run the configuration program and examine it and change it.

Also, you did not list your graphics processor. If it is AMD, then you definitely should make sure your drivers are up to date.
