In order to not miss the launch of this unique episode in the game's history, meet on Atys on Saturday, March 22nd at 20:00 GMT.

This event will allow the discovery of a very peculiar mission, which will be accessible 24 hours a day for 7 days. Thus, everyone will be able to join in, even if they're not available for the launch.

A rare and long-awaited event made the headlines of the Atys Gazette: The Night of Stars.

The Night of Stars

Dear Readers,

Skylovers, and lovers as well, take notes, the night of the shooting stars is approaching!

Don't miss this event which occurs every 15 Jena years!
The best place to view the celestial parade will be in the Lakes.

Following are the programs of the various faction's rituals and feasts:

This year will be blessed among all!
May her sacred Light rain down upon us and guide our way!
Answer her summons and pay homage to Jena on Dua, Winderly 26, 3rd AC 2577* by wearing the most luminous objects you own. Meet at the temple near Fairhaven.
May the light dispel the darkness!

[Kamists] The Souls Dance
Tonight, the souls of the Kamis will return and greet us to remind us of the Enlightenment to come.
Attend the event on Dua, Winderly 26, 3rd AC 2577* with prayer and compose your most beautiful Haïku about the ambers which shine above.
Assemble at the Kami Ambassadors near Fairhaven to meditate and share your poems.

[Marauders] The Marauder Stars
Hello Marauders!
Dua, Winderly 26, 3rd AC 2577* is nearing! It's our day! The one that commemorates the arrival of the first Marauders on the promised bark.
Come celebrate on the beach that stretches between the bridges of "Hartley Point" and "Loria's Rise" in Fairhaven, since the sight will be the most spectacular from this location. Wear your best fighting armor as we point our weapons toward the sky and swear that, like the stars, nothing will stop our destiny.

[Neutrals] Dance with the Stars
Governor Ailan Mac'Kean is pleased to invite you on Dua, Winderly 26, 3rd AC 2577* to a picnic under the stars to observe the sky.
Bring your cookies, your beer barrels, and all your friends! Let's turn this event into an evening of universal peace.
We'll be near the cistern on the hill opposite to the Eastmarket in Fairhaven, since it's where the show should be the most beautiful.

It will allow you to discover a very peculiar mission, which will run continuously for 7 days. [/OOC]

Any neutral wanna take me to the neutral party as a friend?

Kara= show off shiny gear (could of guessed that)
Kami = tell haiku's (not against it but not my thing)
Mara = grunting & PVP (that wasn't difficult)
Trytonists = Sorry no party for you (but if my guess is right elias migh be in or around those falling stars)
Rangers = Sorry no party for you (probably gonna be hiding under rock anyway looking what termites do during meteor showers)
Neutrals = beer, cookies & friends => seems the best party of them all

In other news event seems intresting with new mission after.

Sure some Kami will share Haikus however I think the rest of us will just run around a bonfire drunk and naked.

As for trytonists and rangers I do understand your point Subo however the factions aren't yet implicated. Seeing as this looks like a huge event with a lot of preparation and planning (+1 devs) I think adding in 2 more organizations when they can just be in neutrals would be too much effort and a stretch for the event teams.

Hopefully this episode might have something to do with Ryzom 2.0 or maybe involve some of the ideas that have been posted in the ideas forum!

which is incredibly mysterious. The implication being that there is something unforeseen (and unforeseeable) arriving under cover of the shooting stars. I can only hope that Jena is keeping watch over us all on this night.

oi virg my post was totally just there for some laughs not at all meant to be against event team. And I did plan out my evening already:

15:18:55 <subox> then go to mara for some brawling and fighting
15:19:19 <subox> and if I have a hard time falling asleep i'll go to the kami meeting in the end

You can't "complete" the mainland. If one thinks one has seen or done everything there, one is kidding oneself. But be prepared to "get out what you put in," because the mainland does not coddle or hold hands.

Other games - they give you a cookie whether you succeed or not, in fact you don't even have to participate. Ryzom takes your cookie, eats it in front of you, and slaps you 2 or 3 times for bringing a cookie in the first place.

Your informations are not right Bitty,
Trytonists exist at least since EP2 :)
I have official mail from them (invitation to an former event)
Trytonists only worked earlier in the shadow because som others tryed to hunt them.
But since 1 year everybody should know them (since merge) because the homins used the rainbow portals from the Trytonians . So no more reason to hide :)))
