I just downloaded the game to my mac and the Nov 7th patch installed and then I created my character and when I went to click "play" the game crashes. I've logged back in, force quit the game and it is still crashing every time I click play upon opening. :( Help!

hi,

there are no crash windows. I just tried to open again and same issue. I took screen shots of my whole process and emailed to you and hopefully you can see something which is causing the issue. The game looks so beautifully created and I would love to play.
