At least two accounts are okay then, that at least is good. There are rather many German-speaking players with at least a second character using care-plans for material-sources while digging or just standing around in a safe corner to only come active as a backup-healer in case of char-death.
I wonder if it also is a problem if a family has made all their accounts on one name (father / mother) for payment reasons, but there are still different people actually playing these characters - while having the same IP as well, since this is usualyl the case when using the same rooter/modem as one household...
