Well, why not, I don't have really idea, I like aniro's environement and friendly behaviour, but if there need to merge for the sake of Ryzom, then I'm ok :)
For the sake of Ryzom, there should be no merger as the overall opinion in every single thread about it in every forum it's been brought up over the years has been that it'd be a massively bad idea and a lot of people (likely the majority of each shard's paying population) would quit were it to happen.
Even if "only" 30% of paying customers were to quit were the shards merged (and I think it'd be closer to 60% myself) it'd be a massive financial drain, far worse than the money saved on hosting cost.
