To fix what I think is issue in here tho; How about when moving from red to yellow tag, you have 24h timer on yellow tag before leaving?
You attack someone
=> you gotta stay yellow tagged for 24h
You accidentally click tag, you try it or havent attacked anybody
=> same 30/2 min timer as now to get rid of it.
