I generally play, and forage, solo, even though I am in guild (The best guild on Atys)

I need quick and brief-ish primer on how to use care plans in my foraging, because I do not want to die to a "foraging-explosion" or a "forage-fart".

I have checked "care plan" on the forum web search, but I skimmed it and became bewildered.
