On a slightly more complex note, I am curious how overcrafting affects degrades. For instance, would my armor degrade based on the q250 of my action, the actual level of my skill in that particular piece, or some calculated value in between?
It will still be 80%. Crafting with a q250 action guarantees that you will get at least q200, regardless of wether you are lvl 50 or 200 in the relevant crafting discipline.
