When playing in windowed mode each time I change any graphic settings (any) and hit ok/apply - game resizes window back to login window size and messes up all ingame ui windows.

Under linux, FV 3.0.0.7569, after changing graphic settings, window is not resized.

What graphic settings for example ?

I tried and, unfortunately, I didn't succeed to reproduce the issue :(

I go in game, I switch from fullscreen to windowed, I resize the window to something different than 1024x768, I change several graphic settings, I click apply (window size is not changed), I press OK (winwow size is not changed). I exit the game, I relaunch it and after going into the game it still using the right window size.

The window is maximized (in windows that's double clicking the title of the window).

And the problem is just if i change something in graphics settings window gets resized to some smaller than screen size and gets out of maximized state.

Ah ok, Maximized state is not yet fully supported :(

I worked on it, but didn't finish it :p

When it'll work, it'll be a new "fullscreen" mode without title bar.
