In response to questions in Uni today, this is the latest data I have on crafting ranges. Taken from forum posts over the years, some items might be outdated:

Heavy armor:
Protection range is 40% to 60%
Max vs is 1.32*Q to 2.64*Q (330 to 660 for Q250)
Base of 0 parry, 50% needed for +1 parry, 75% needed for +2 parry, 100% needed for +3 parry
Base of -3 dodge, 25% needed for -2 dodge, 50% needed for -1 dodge, 75% needed for 0 dodge

Medium armor:
Protecton range is 20% to 40%
Max vs is 0.888*Q to 1.776*Q (222 to 444 for Q250)
Base of 0 parry, 67% needed for +1 parry, 100% needed for +2 parry
Base of -1 dodge, 100% needed for +1 dodge

Light armor:
Protection range is 5% to 25%
Max vs is 0.56*Q to 1.12*Q (140 to 280 for Q250)
Base of 0 parry, 100% needed for +1 parry
Base of +1 dodge, 100% needed for +2 dodge

Protection ranges for 0% to 8% (25% needed for 2%, 50% needed for 4%, 75% needed for 6%, 100% needed for 8%)

Resistance ranges from 0.0 to 8.0 (unlike protection it allows for decimal values)

This data is old and since I never played w/ it, assume it's outdated . Will fix if someone has data:

Pistol:
Pistol: 0.625 x (26+Quality) for 0% precraft, double that much for 100% precraft
Speed Range: 15 to 30 hpm
Distance Range: 15 to 30 meters


Rifle:
Damage: 0.835 x (26+Quality) for 0% precraft, double that much for 100% precraft
Speed Range: 12 to 24 hpm
Distance Range: 20 to 40 meters


AutoLauncher:
Damage: 2.00 x (26+Quality) for 0% precraft, double that much for 100% precraft
Speed Range: 6 to 12 hpm
Distance Range: 25 to 50 meters


Launcher:
Damage: 3.00 x (26+Quality) for 0% precraft, double that much for 100% precraft
Speed Range: 6 to 12 hpm
Distance Range: 30 to 60 meters

You sure?

It takes 67% to up Med Armor's Parry rating from +0 to +1.


Only 50% to up Med Armor's Dodge rating from -1 to +0?

Sorry, it is probably 33.33...% Because of truncation in the precraft display, you might use 34% to be sure.

32% displayed (probably really 32.5%) gave me -1 dodge; 33% displayed (probably really 33.5%) gave me 0 dodge.

Could some knowledgeable person post the Crafting ranges for Ranged weapons, but this time include things like Dodge/Parry and Adv Dodge/Adv Parry data?

I'd sure appreciate that.

Very clever, "taken from forum posts over the years", "collected from old forums", technically true, yet suggesting you took a lot of time to gather and combine bits of info from dozens of scattered posts, while you actually just copy-pasted two pre-existing compilations without crediting the original.
