This message is for every unfortunate driller like me but mostly for our beloved GMs so they could communicate this to whom it may concern.

So I am not here to complain about raw mats changing places on the maps at least that's fun to search them again.

I am not here to complain about choice/xl/sup being seprate some times, that's a bit of difficulty we can handle.

What i don't get is the Climatic Conditions... yes the CC.
Seriously, I understand the choice being accessible, the Xl being difficult to find and Sup being rare.

But right now it's more Choice, ok, XL once in a while and Sup almost never.

In one evening from 20PM to 00AM and I am being nice i drilled ONCE sup in a 200 Area. As for the 250 area i spend entire afternoons of only CC.

So we know raw materials are numbered in harvest (xl/sup) but seriously is it normal to not being abble to harvest them at all unless spending quite literraly evenings afternoons in game for nothing or not much .???

To which I would like to add: Has the weather bug at least been fixed so that we can accurately record the weather that they are present in???

Tya, the problem you probably have is with depleted deposits. Depleted deposits are harder to track because there are some issues with the reported failure message. The chance of a 'sup weather' is the same as before, and its happening as before as far as I could see.

In the last season had a friend cping for me in loria his screen was showing snow and mine fair weather.

So which weather was correct????

Regarding finding mats may as well use a divinng rod because the tracker in my experience is at best useless.

Crafy -- that's what I was referring to as the "weather bug". Different clients see different weather (most specifically Windoz vs Mac/Linux).  Clearly it has not been fixed.

I can usually find deposits with tracking and a nice long-range initial prospect followed by narrowing it down.  Found both adriel bark and buo fiber in Loria last night using that technique.  You have to remember that many of the material fields are large (several hundred meters across) and that tracking leads you to the edge of the field.

not only different clients on different operating systems. Last season change I logged in and saw it had changed to spring so I told in guild chat. Guildie said he still saw winter so ported to reset it and it didn't. He wasn't intrested in digging so didn't restart client but for over 2h it stayed winter on his client while he was hunting and porting until he crached and had to restart the client. We where both using windows clients and I can see that as a big dissadvantage if you are unlucky and logged in with your friends just before season change you could be playing thinking it's still the old season till somebody craches. (we all know how much ryzom craches for some more then others in my case about once every 2h but we should not have to wait on a crach to see season has changed)
