The extra apartments would be nice, 1 in each city...would be nice for GHs too :)

Absolutely, would love to have guild chapters in each capitol city with an HO responsible for that specific GH.

...and a teleport system between each from GH

I can't see that happening as it would circumvent the local Kami/Karavan teleports.
