[Fixed] Where do I go for account subscription problems?

Hello.

I've been subbed for a long time.

I checked my bank account and I was billed, as expected, late last month for Ryzom account, yet, after some time absent, I come back today and my account is limited as f2p and I can't equip gear or items.

Who do I talk to about the particulars in this?
