I would support this idea as long as it takes as long to equip the set as it would to equip it item by item. I do not like the idea of "quick change" of outfits.
The time delay would mean that we would have the convenience of one click changing without making "quick changing" have a dramatic effect on gameplay.
I'm not sure about it being just client side, since what I have on at the moment is stored on the server, as is the content of my bag, not in the client files.
