I don't like the "+1" only posts but I like the idea.
An other option would be to group the team members into self named groups (would make the max logical window size bigger though)
Or to add tags to the team members and highlight those filtered by a specific tag.
First would be like this (just using some weird sample groups with the people in here):
Suggestor:
- Fitis
Writers:
- Elvanae
- Swiz
- Xoep
Others:
- Gorran
- Suboxide
- Petulka
- Dominikus
And the second like this (highlight on writers, paranthesis usually not shown):
Fitis (suggestor, writer)
Elvanae (writer)
Swiz (writer, pluser)
Xoep (writer, pluser)
Gorran (pluser)
Suboxide (pluser)
Petulka (pluser)
Dominikus (pluser)
