Ok, so i'm honestly a bit confused.
I've never actually used the ingame help window, although now it seems to have a cool tutorial with on screen indicators :)
But generally, I sense an inconsistency, where you are saying the information players have collected should be public, yet your complaint is with the client's files, which players have no control over :(

I don't understand why help files should be the sole property of a guild unless that guild made the help files.

I would just hate to see one of the external links shut down and there go any help files that IMHO should be included ingame.
