Setting fullscreen resolution from login screen might still be buggy. Resolution might not be restored correctly on next load in some conditions.
So while the issue of not saving resolution to config file is fixed, it might still be needed to select correct resolution each launch if you play fullscreen.
I have dual screen (2x 1680x1050) ryzom fails to restore 1680x1050 as a resolution. Second seat is 1280x1024 and in there it works.
