So, there is Game Design Team, Support team and The Events Team, but in which team the testers are? What is testing like? Any tools, what practices and how reporting is done? And is there like "now we implemented this and this, go test" or how is the information coming from devs to testers?

Motivation of post; Was online for little less than 2 hours and client crashed 3 times, got MPA bug where it launched MPA twice in a row and one Homin flied from 1400m to next to me. (did /tar on healer, "where in the Atys did this heal come from? Oh, the Flash is here.")

Also seems that one cannot post at general, where they talk about teams, so General English it is then.

There is a Testers team, information is given on RC, with corresponding tasks on Kanboard for the tests and a pad where to report the tests. Contact Tamarea if you are interested.

Where in RC? Pub-dev? What is Kanboard?

I would rather know even some basic workflow before wasting everybodys time by signing up on something.

Kanboard is the tool used to track the advancement of all the tasks needing to be done.
In RC on the team channel, each team has it's own private channel, and so has the testing team obviously.

By this you more looking for something like Bugs project which has another board on KB (kanboard) and another related channel #pj-bugs. To join it is similar as for Test team, see what Siela says.
