let me guess... Dyron Hill is nowhere near Dyron anymore? You need to consult older maps to know where it was located. Damn fyrosians, what they up to now.

I'll adjust the region polygons over the next few days to fit the actual region borders more accurately. That should help.

Yes, Meta-Achievements take a few saves longer to trigger, in order to keep server load low. (not testing for meta unlocking meta, unlocking meta, ...)

Well, I think I have an idea for the Silan achievements... I could make those "account bound" so you'd get them for all characters on the same account by doing them just once... What do you think?

I fear that granting access to Silan again is nothing I can decide myself... Generally I think that you should not be able to go back there after coming to the mainland. Silan should not be swarmed by high level characters.

The idea of having an event (a few days maybe) that allows temporary access to Silan is good though. I could imagine some sort of invasion we'll have to fight off to keep our starting island safe. I think it would be cool for our newbies to see that there is actually something going on.

Maybe someone can post that on the Ideas forum if it's not already there?

The idea of having Silan account bound is a nice one. Since I'd consider achievements to be ooc, there's no roleplay reason to worry about having "too many" achievements on some character.

The idea of swarming Silan for a day has some appeal, but still I dislike it. There's just so many problems this would introduce. High level characters would create low level alts and give them high level material. Silan is better for the intrinsic balance coming from the level cap on mats and mobs.

The Fame achivement with the tribe Slavers seems broken, i reached the max (as Kami,Zoraï) but it didn't validate in the Aeden Aqueous list.

(for record : my Witherings and Verdant Heights fame achivements are full validate now, no bug with them so far)

About exploration Achievements, i have a problem with Lagoons of Loria : Hush Hole.
I stayed in a corner north(close enought to be attacked) , then south east (had to fight local kitins), then more in the south middle (had to fight again), each time I had the Saving message in sys.info, but it didn't work.

Well.... It works now. I just noticed that I broke achievements tracking a few days ago and nobody was getting achievements. At least that's fixed now and everything is back to normal.

About the exploration achievements: either they were not registered because of the bug I mentioned above or they will hopefully be fixed when I update region polygons today. I'll post again, once that's done.

As there's so much activity right now in fixing polygons, I felt invigorated to complete Dunes of Exile.

Everything triggered fine, but Dyron Hill. Had 5 save spots in the sw, the s, the se, in the ne (on the Arana hill), even in the corner on the nw (between Mighty Kipuckas, the lone nettled Kipucka and the Varinx), and of course on right in the middle.

Don't know if it's of any help: My character is right now logged out near the south end of where the game tells me the border lies. It will remain logged out all of this Saturday.
