As an avid healer, I can definitely see this as immensely beneficial.
As Im not a big fan of macro's my eyes and mouse are usually hovering over the Team bar and struggling to find the right target. Even for those who enjoy using Macros this clearly is a good way to efficiently keep track of Team stats.
