It appears that Jugulas in Grove of Confusion have somehow gained an interesting ability. They seem to be able to kill me telepathically from 200m or more away. Twice I have had one aggro on me and when I speed run away I slowly lose hp every second until I die, without having any active debuff even when in a body of water. I have attempted to keep myself alive with a healer until this effect wears off, but it doesnt seem to have a timer.
Im sure this is a bug as it has happened twice today.
