TECHNISCHER SERVICE / WEB APPs BUGS

Whom should I contact if I have an issue with a CSR abusing their powers? Is there any oversight on their activities at all or are they just given free reign to do as they please?

I imagine this post will be deleted before I get an answer but we'll see.
