Thank you for your concerns. Both libraries are not required to compile the program, as they offer extended debugging information and memory leak detection only. I have changed the source for now to work without them and I'm going to inspect the rest of the project to include missing notices where needed. I am positive that neither the binary you distributed nor the documentation/website contains the required notices. This is a very serious issue, you must respect other's people work.
