Dainan -- not a bad idea as long as you realize that the effort wouldn't be in "making" the hat, but in designing the 3D models to fit all the various heads. (at least 8). I'd love to have a Tryker "hat" that was my regular model but with the goggles pulled down over my eyes. :)
Oh, it's gotta be WAY more than eight. But yeah, purely an aesthetic thing that looks EXCEPTIONALLY classy on the model shown on this thread. It'd be nice, but so would a full Encyclopedia and some temples! XD
