There are several ways to get support in Ryzom. Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are ready to help you in the following ways:

Forums (preferred)

The Support forums are the first place to go if you have a technical problem. Please see if others have reported the same problem before making a new post. Please do not use the forums for private or sensitive information.

Ticket System

To send an in-game ticket, press the question mark button on the button pad and choose "Support". Find the appropriate category and write down the problem you are having in detail.


A CSR will then if necessary contact you in-game via a tell or by izam-mail to get more information from you or help you with a solution.

In Game

If you are in game you can check if there is a CSR online by giving the "/who csr" command. A list of available CSRs will show in your System Info tab. You can then send the CSR a tell with your request for assistance.

You can also find help in the Universe channel, which is dedicated to Ryzom Q & A and there are usually other players there that will help you with whatever problem you are having.

You can also use the /supportChat command which will open up a new chat tab directly connected to the Arispotle CeB channel (see next section).

In addition to our in-game support system, CeB is a great place to get help with technical problems, and naturally you can chat with other players while servers are down for maintenance or being patched.

Our Customer Support Representative (CSR) team are present in the chat and will be glad to help you with any questions or problems you may have.

In order to install CeB, just download the installer and run it. It will automatically configure itself to connect to the correct channel, depending on the language you select on installation. This means you should select "English" if you play on Arispotle.

To start the program simply select it from your start menu. The chat program will load up and automatically connect to the server. Upon the first login, you will have to type in your Ryzom username and password (case-sensitive). 

The list of users on the right hand side of the window shows who is currently connected to the chat. You will notice some of these users have coloured names - this denotes their CSR rank, which can be seen by hovering your mouse over the names.

CeB is extremely customisable; go into the "Edit" menu and select "General Settings..." to see the full range of options.

You can toggle your away mode by typing ".away". The users who have a greyed out dot next to their name instead of a green one are users who are away.

You can retrieve the complete list of commands by typing ".help commands".

Please remember your actions in Ryzom are subject to the Ryzom Policies
