Hi all,

yesterday during the marauder event at Yrkanis I tried to port from Silan to Yrkanis. And got a runtime error (game crash) in the middle of loading.

I decided to log my other account who was already on mainland (Fairhaven) and tried to port to Yrkanis using a pact - same result - runtime error and crash :(

The worst thing however is that whenever i try to log any of those two chars from 2 accounts i get a runtime error again.

No Ryzom for me :( *cry*

need help asap.

Oh no! That's no good. I remeber occasionally having an issue where i crash from ryzom with a runtime error and then it keeps on doing it and not allowing me to log back on.
What fixed the issue was a computer restart for me. Maybe try that? I'm terrible with computers so I'm not very helpful... :/

Hi Komissa,

What OS are you using? If you are on Mac then please have a look a the solutions posted here

You could be running into the "microvegetation" issue.

I am running Win XP.
and no restarts don't help.

Other alts seem ok tho - just those coming to Yrkanis crash with a runtime.

What if you guys just manually relocated my char from Yrkanis somwhere else?

Here's the error message I get when prompted to file an error report
